What is the maximum number of people allowed in the house?
The house can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms.

Are smoking or pets allowed?
No smoking. Ask about your pet.

How far away are the Parks?
Aviana Resort is only 10 miles from Walt Disney World and we are only 5.9 miles to Champions Gate Golf Course, play the same course as Tiger Woods!

How do we locate/enter the property?
Directions and lockbox code will be sent to you the week before your arrival. We change the code between guests for your safety and security.

Are bed linens/towels provided?
Absolutely! We also keep on hand laundry soap/bleach and fabric softener to wash your linens during your stay. As well as a start up of dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and soap bars.

Do you cater to small children?
Of course we do. This is the land of magic and fun and our vacation home is just that. We have a Pack n Play for babies to sleep in and a portable high chair. There are Disney DVD's, board games and toys as well as the resort playground, pool, clubhouse and exercise equipment. Resort amenities to be completed in 2007 However, we have our own private pool and spa and game room for you to enjoy!

Are there stores nearby?
We are 4.5 miles from grocery stores.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?
There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. Every chain, every local place.. fast food, take out, formal dining, family style, Chinese, Italian, seafood... you name it you can drive to it in minutes.

What cleaning services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at your expense upon request.

Are there any medical services nearby?
We hope this won't become necessary on your vacation but if it does we have a book in our home with phone numbers and directions for anything you might need.

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the house?
Absolutely not! We offer FREE internet access, FREE nationwide long distance phone calls and baby equipment such as high chair and pack n play. We also don't charge you for spa heat, it's FREE.
